Jorge Gonzalez

With almost a decade of experience in the culinary arts field, Jorge Gonzalez is a chef who has worked under the supervision of renowned chefs such as Joel Robuchon at the Casino of Montreal and Erick Gonzalez at the XO restaurant. Graduating in culinary arts in 2018 at Calixa-Lavalée French culinary arts academy in Montreal and continued with the Red Seal certification granting 5 years of intense learning.

 

Through continued kitchen work, Chef Jorge Gonzalez was able to expand his worldly knowledge of different cuisines before honing his skills at the kitchen within the Chasidic community of Tosh, where he developed traditional cheimish culinary taste and savoir-faire. Specializing in catering for menu à la carte and volume events, Chef Jorge Gonzalez was born in Mexico and moved to Montreal at a young age, exposing him to a variety of world-class food. This early introduction to cuisine allowed him to develop an expansive palate, allowing him to create delicious fusions that appeal to many tastes. Meeting customers' quality expectations and overall satisfaction are among his highest priorities.
