Mikhail (Michael) Yamshik

Front Of The House Manager

Born and raised in Sevastopol, Michael is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in the restaurant industry. At 30, he has a rich background that includes roles as a server, bartender, supervisor, and even kitchen work. With Jewish roots and time spent in Israel, Michael co-founded a small café chain in Crimea before moving to Vancouver in May 2023. Since then, he has been instrumental in building up our restaurant and its team, leveraging his diverse experience and passion for hospitality to create exceptional dining experiences.

Igor Ryazanov

Head Chef

Born and raised in Sevastopol, Chef Igor has been passionate about cooking since he was 14. Now 31, he brings over 17 years of experience to our kitchen. Arriving in Vancouver in March 2024, he sees cooking as a form of creative personal development, always striving for harmony and continuous improvement. Influenced by his journey through over twenty restaurants worldwide, he believes true culinary excellence comes from respecting oneself and one's craft. He has successfully launched and organized numerous restaurants globally, excelling in menu development and resource optimization. Committed to fostering a comfortable and communicative work environment, Chef Igor inspires his team to achieve personal growth and break new boundaries. Driven by his love for delicious food and the joy it brings, he views cooking as a fundamental and fulfilling necessity in life.
